Booking terms
Draft: the spa owner (ideally with a local adviser) confirms these details before go-live.
Appointments & time. All appointment times are St. Kitts local time (Atlantic Standard Time). A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with your service, date, time and a booking reference.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$); any US$ figures are approximate. No payment is taken on this website. The spa must confirm accepted methods, deposits and when payment is due before these terms go live.
Cancellations & changes. Please give us as much notice as you can to cancel or reschedule; call +1 (869) 662-2300 (specific cancellation/deposit/no-show policy to be confirmed by the spa).
Running late. If you’re running late, call us and we’ll do our best, though your treatment may be shortened to protect the next guest’s appointment.
Health. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical advice. Please tell your therapist in person about any health condition, allergy, injury or pregnancy so we can adapt safely.
Minors. Minimum-age and parent/guardian rules are awaiting owner confirmation. Please contact the spa before booking for anyone under 18.
Hotel pickup. Where offered, pickup/drop-off is subject to availability and arranged when you book.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis.
