What we collect. When you book or use our chat assistant we collect your name, phone or email, the treatment and time you request, your booking record and reference, and the chat messages you send. Our systems also log basic technical data (e.g. IP address, a session identifier) to run the service securely.

Why. To take and manage your booking, contact you about your appointment, and keep our systems secure and working.

Who helps us process it. The service uses self-hosted n8n automation, a self-hosted Cal.diy booking platform, the approved language-model provider for chat interpretation and phrasing, and website/server and email providers. The legal operator name, confirmed provider names, hosting locations, international-transfer safeguards, and subprocessor list must be approved and inserted before launch.

Please don’t share medical details in chat. The assistant is for booking. If you have a health condition, allergy or are pregnant, tell your therapist in person so we can care for you properly.

Your choices and retention. You can ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing Spacafeskn@gmail.com. The business owner must approve the exact retention schedule before launch; until then this notice is a draft and the site must remain non-public.

Cookies and analytics. The launch version does not use advertising analytics or marketing cookies. The booking assistant uses a temporary session identifier for the open page; it is not restored from browser storage after the page is closed.

Chat sessions on shared devices. If you book on a shared or public device, close the chat and the browser tab when you’re done.
